Description:
Mr. Cifra's practice focuses on civil litigation in the State Courts of Massachusetts. Mr. Cifra also assists in litigation in Florida and oversees the firm's Pennsylvania operation. Mr. Cifra is also the head of the firm's Appellate Department. Since joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Cifra has successfully assisted in the trials of numerous cases to verdict in the state courts throughout Massachusetts . He handles complex matters involving liquor liability, trucking/auto, and premises liability. He also has been successful in appeals in both Massachusetts and Florida .
