Mr. Gibson’s practice specialty is Insurance Law. Mr.
Gibson has handled nearly all aspects of Insurance Litigation, from
subrogating on behalf of insurers and self-insureds—with a focus on
complex fire losses, products liability, and automobile claims—to
defending insured’s from premises liability. Mr. Gibson has also
defended several wrongful death, dram shop actions against restaurants
and bars. Finally, Mr. Gibson also handles insurance coverage disputes.
