Description:

 

Ms. Japaridze graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2009, where she was a member of the Law Review. Ms. Japaridze’s student note entitled “Fair Enough? Reconciling the Pursuit of Fairness and Justice with the Nature of International Commercial Arbitration”  was published in Vol. 36 (2008) of the Hofstra Law Review.

 

During law school, Ms. Japaridze was a member of the Moot Court Association, a treasurer of the law school’s Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity chapter, was active in the Student Bar Association, and volunteered for the Courtroom Advocates Project and the Unemployment Action Center. Additionally, she was a member of the Securities Arbitration Clinic.

 

In her last year of law school, Ms. Japaridze clerked at a small litigation firm working under the former New York State Attorney General.

 

Ms. Japaridze was a summer associate at Gibson & Behman, P.C. in 2007 and joined the firm upon graduating from law school.
