SCOTT R. BEHMAN is a 1981 graduate, Cum Laude, of the University of Miami
and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from the University of Dayton. He
is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (1987) and
the State of New Hampshire (1988). He is also admitted to practice
before the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Disputes Court in Connecticut. He
is a member of the American, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations.
Mr. Behman is a founding member of Gibson & Behman, P.C. and with Mr. Gibson is a partner in the firm. Mr. Behman has experience in insurance defense matters, including liquor liability, premises liability, personal injury and products liability. He also has experience in the defense of criminal matters in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Behman has had successful outcomes in numerous trials within the Commonwealth and New Hampshire.
